Policies/Returns

I only offer items that I would wear or use myself & order samples to test quality...if I wouldn't buy it, I won't offer it. That is what I would expect & want from a brand. That being said, please know I want to offer you the best buying experience possible.

Items that are not Print on demand will be shipping via USPS from Seminole, FL

Cancellations of orders are accepted up to 24 hours...beyond that timeframe you will be charged, so please be advised. 
I accept authorized returns within 7 days from item delivery, however all returns must be preauthorized, do not just send a return back without contacting here 1st. Upon contact, I will request you send the necessary photos in an email documenting the dissatisfaction or defect. Please remember we are a small business and want to serve you as best as possible. Please be patient as some items are printed to order, if dissatisfaction of product because of bad print or damaged item is applicable, I will send over any necessary return policy guidelines from the provider for you to review. If item qualifies then the proper steps will be made to reimburse you. We do not do returns or refunds on the basis of buyers remorse, so please be advised. We only want you to buy our product if it makes you happy


Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours if not POD (this is why we have a short window for cancelation for products shipped directly from myself the artist vs a supplier where we have 1-2 business days before production is started). If items need to be printed, orders will ship within 10 days. Buyers will be notified if items are back ordered or may cause shipping delays. 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If it is a print on demand item it will be shipped from the printing facility and cost of shipping will follow their policy & cost.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our location. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have a confirmed updated address for you (if applicable).
