Happy to reveal my finished @macmiller tribute piece, “Quack Miller” , is officially here. The original 16”x20” painting was created on canvas with acrylics

We unfortunately lost Mac way too soon. He definitely left his mark on the world. He didn’t always have it easy, he felt like a real person despite the celebrity status. So why paint him as a duck?…Besides the play on words for me…ducks symbolize adaptability, emotional fluidity, and grace under pressure. Because they comfortably navigate land, water, and air, they represent spiritual balance and the ability to traverse different realms of life.

Mac embodies a lot of these qualities, he has been a source for calm in tough times for me…just like watching ducks at the park for has often been a source of comfort and calm for me during times of adversity.I hope the concept translates well and viewers get the reference and makes them smile or laugh in the process, we need more laughter and good vibes in the world
