I’ve been itching to do my take on the legendary two headed gator of Seminole Heights,FL.  Ive seen some cool takes on it, however nothing as bizarrely fun as my reimagining of this design. 

 I was so happy to paint this original design live & have it find it a home over the weekend at The Gasparilla Festival of the Arts as a remote studio artist thanks to The Tyler In Tampa Art Collective & Gobioff Foundation  

I’ve been in love with the classic UF mascot from the 90’s, & got a lot of crap for it living in OH being the “Buckeye state “…. I’ve always been alligator obsessed.  As iconic as that mascot design was  to me, it felt right to blend it into the much loved Seminole Heights legend…and the love it got over that weekend at the festival validated  that sentiment for me 🙏🐊
