My 2nd book cover piece from my book covers reimagined series that was to be shown at The Studio House in St.Petersburg,FL for their book cover show curated by the talented Luke Heath

With already one Shel Silverstein book already reimagined, this one felt like it needed to come to life as well. On top of being a parody, it also speaks to the real life problems of overforresting & how we as humans are destroying the planet.....so in this case, the happy ending comes in the form of revenge for the trees. We have been f$%ing up the planet for centuries, we've seen the impacts is has here in FL alone (thank goodness for the bill that just passed blocking construction of golf courses and the lot inside of state parks). I hope you appreciate this dark take on a childhood classic.

The quick sales of the originals prior to the show opening they were originally created for led me to create a series of 5 book covers reimagined that was a wonderful blessing to have had happen.
