My latest #dali inspired piece is complete! “Los flamencos” is the 6th pi de in my Dalí series & my take on Dalí’s painting “The elephants”. This is my 2nd reinterpretation of this piece, I had painted it once before as a single flamingo, and actually have painted 2 copies of it, both finding homes with good friends…so to reimagine this piece one more time was like talking to an old friend I hadn’t seen in years

This piece is 16”x20” & was painted on wood with acrylics. It is framed in an upcycled frame that I painted with a sea glass color.
